NPM is working in Latur District - 30 villages & in Amaravati District - 80 villages for overall development of women, child and youth groups.

• Creches in slum area of Latur and in earthquake affected villages for poor working women's children. Free nutritious food, free medical checkup and free medicine to the creche children.
• Family counseling center for women.
• Tailoring center for women.
• Poster exhibition against dowry.
• Health awareness programmes and poster, Blood Donation Camp, Exhibition about Health Awareness.
• Hemoglobin test and treatment.

• Lectures & documentary films on Women life.
• Annual cultural gathering for village boys, girls and child labours.
• Exhibition on worries of women's life.
• Documentary on literacy and women's health & film show street play.

• Income generation programme for girls and boys.
• Formation of youth groups and study circles for village boys and girls.
• N.P.M. is working in 30 villages to insure that all children's below age of 14 are in school.
• Anti-sex determination programmes.
• Work against the atrocities of women. Psychological and legal support to them and help for their rehabilitation.
• Workshop for rural women about medical, legal and social awareness. Awareness for Gender equality.
• Women's awareness regarding tradition, superstition and education.
